Degrees: Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, Attorney at Law, 1980. Graduate and Diploma Courses in Civil Procedural Law, Condominium regulations and Contracts.
Experience: Associate in various law offices in Mexico City, such as Estrella Abogados. From 1990 to1992 he was head of the legal department of Grupo Sidek in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. He practiced Real Estate, Civil and Commercial Litigation by his own from 1992 to 2001. In 2001 he founded the firm Tovar, Niño y Garcia Mazin. He is in charge of the Law Office Tovar Romero & García Uvence in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
