Degrees: Universidad de Guadalajara, Attorney at Law, 1981. Post Graduate work in Criminal and Constitutional Law, at Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara.
Experience: from 1984 to 1992 as Coordinator and Deputy Director of the District Attorney’s Office Jalisco, State, from 1992 to 1993 as Deputy Director at “Centro de Readaptación Social DISPRES” in Puente Grande, Jalisco, from 1993 to 1994 as President of the Guadalajara Paternal Council. He has practiced Criminal law for over twenty years.
